Our expertise
Phil leads our Education team. He has spent more than two decades inside Middle East education technology, working across the full cycle of a school technology decision: vendor evaluation, procurement, and the implementation period that decides whether it landed.
He treats the contract signing as the start of the journey, not the end of it.
The team includes former heads of school, curriculum designers turned EdTech founders, and advisors whose experience spans EMEA, MENA, APAC and The Americas.
Between us we have run schools, written education policy, designed curricula, and shipped EdTech products at scale.

Read postHow we work
We start with a clear read on where your school stands today and where technology is genuinely adding value. Decisions then follow the evidence — what's actually happening across your classrooms and systems — rather than a vendor's pitch.
Delivery
Once we've established where you stand, delivery is about turning that into the right decision. We identify the need with you, find what genuinely fits, and build a strategy for choosing between the options — sometimes two products to cover one need, sometimes one that covers three.
We run the evaluation, write the scorecard with you, and handle the operational detail — reviewing a supplier's privacy agreement, a deep dive into onboarding, arranging educator feedback sessions — so the decision rests on evidence rather than a pitch.
The aim is always something that lands well and lasts: relevant to how you actually teach, resilient enough to be supported over time, and backed by a relationship that runs deep across your school.
