Your pathway to maximising impact.

Strategy, procurement, and adoption, run with the people who decide. We sit on the school side of the table — grounded in operator experience inside schools and across the EdTech market, with regional depth across the UK, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

A buying decision rarely sits with one person

The teachers who'll use it, the leadership team who'll back it, the IT lead who'll support it, and the people holding the budget are all weighing something different — and a product that wins one of them can still lose the room.

And it doesn't end when the contract is signed. The pilot almost always goes well; the harder question is whether the product is still in lesson plans a year later and pulling its weight — or sitting on every laptop and in nobody's.

That's as true of a whole programme or a service as it is of classroom software: not everything you take on is an app, and not every app is for the classroom. Underneath, the question is always the same — who owns it once it's in, and what has to happen for it to work.

On every one of these questions, we sit on your side of the table.

We run the vendor evaluation, write the procurement scorecard with you, and pressure-test a supplier's claims against the realities of your classrooms — then stay throughout to maximise impact.

Our expertise

A team built from inside schools

Phil leads our Education team. He has spent more than two decades inside Middle East education technology, working across the full cycle of a school technology decision: vendor evaluation, procurement, and the implementation period that decides whether it landed.

He treats the contract signing as the start of the journey, not the end of it.

The education team

The team includes former heads of school, curriculum designers turned EdTech founders, and advisors whose experience spans EMEA, MENA, APAC and The Americas.

Between us we have run schools, written education policy, designed curricula, and shipped EdTech products at scale.

How we work

Discover, deliver, scale

We start with a clear read on where your school stands today and where technology is genuinely adding value. Decisions then follow the evidence — what's actually happening across your classrooms and systems — rather than a vendor's pitch.

A sample appraisal — the full set of factors and the scoring rubric are shared with the schools we work with.

Delivery

From a clear need to a decision that lands

Once we've established where you stand, delivery is about turning that into the right decision. We identify the need with you, find what genuinely fits, and build a strategy for choosing between the options — sometimes two products to cover one need, sometimes one that covers three.

A live view of the work — privacy reviews, onboarding deep-dives, educator feedback, tracked in the open.

We run the evaluation, write the scorecard with you, and handle the operational detail — reviewing a supplier's privacy agreement, a deep dive into onboarding, arranging educator feedback sessions — so the decision rests on evidence rather than a pitch.

The aim is always something that lands well and lasts: relevant to how you actually teach, resilient enough to be supported over time, and backed by a relationship that runs deep across your school.
